John has over 20 years of experience in the Greater Manchester property market,taking the company from a small rental portfolio to where it is today. Overseeing the whole operation, he has formed strong relationships with the lenders, councils and suppliers that provide support and advice to the business.
Chris manages the sales process and has forged strong relationships with sales and marketing partners and investors. From creating sales and finance packages, briefing sales partners and overseeing their performance, to guiding investors through the purchasing process, Chris has continued to successfully grow our sales division both in the UK and overseas.

Mick is a tradesman with over 40 years of experience. He now uses his expertise to recruit and manage the most reputable contractors, oversee build timelines, implement health and safety procedures and advise the wider in-house development team. He spends much of his time on site, providing a link with the office.

Eldest son of John, Joe has learnt the ropes from a young age and has worked in most areas of the business. Now responsible for co-ordinating on-site works, organising surveys and reports, retrieving and agreeing quotes for building and renovation services, he is a key link between our contractors on-site and our development team based at Head Office.
A commercially minded finance professional with many years of experience in finance departments. Starting her career with the NatWest Bank, Jane has worked for all sizes of businesses within varying sectors. Jane is responsible for the day-to-day workings of the finance team and provides the business with crucial support for finance proposals, cash flow management and funds deployment.
Ritesh heads up our in-house design team and has been with The Heaton Group for three years. His architectural career began with a distinction at Post Graduate level from Lincolnshire School of Architecture, nine years at a global firm designing large scale commercial developments followed. Before working at The Heaton Group, Ritesh also worked for an award-winning architecture firm in Manchester City Centre. Ritesh loves the challenge of designing fantastic living spaces within existing buildings.
In-House Architectural Designer
Jenny works in our sales department and is dedicated to ensuring all of our buyers have a great customer experience. From conducting site visits, providing build updates and assisting buyers with sales progression, she is on hand from initial enquiry through to sales completion.
Amy has been with HG Premier Lettings for 8 years and has worked her way up to the managerial position. She has experience managing apartment blocks, HMOs, maintenance teams and has up-to-date knowledge of lettings regulations and guidelines. Since heading up the team, she has worked closely with the sales team to ensure our investors experience a smooth transition to letting their apartments.
