Launched over four generations ago, The Heaton Group is a family-run business that is committed to offering investment opportunities focused on quality, return and customer service.
We pride ourselves in restoring historic buildings to their former glory and have developed strong relationships with local communities in the process.
We don’t develop properties we wouldn’t want to live in ourselves. That’s why all our living spaces are finished to a high quality and use the latest home technology.
This means whether you’re looking for a new home or a new investment opportunity, you can be confident that our properties will provide a high quality of life without any headaches.
Quality isn’t all about the property though. Our dedicated team are always on hand to help you through the purchasing process and make it as simple and pain-free as possible.
At The Heaton Group, we hate to see a perfectly good building go to waste. That’s why we seek out and renovate existing, historically significant properties that are important to local communities.
By only developing existing buildings, we ensure that unused buildings are not left to become derelict and instead remain iconic buildings that the community can be proud of.
To date, we’ve saved multiple buildings of cultural significance, including a Grade II listed building that is now a hub of commercial and residential properties.
We choose our developments not just for the value they can deliver to our investors, but also for the positive impact they have on the local community.
That’s why we proactively seek out projects that will provide a cultural significance and enable us to support and contribute to the local community.
The Heaton Group works closely with local councils to restore and maintain the strong heritage of towns and cities in the North-West, and make the development process as smooth as possible.
Developing high-quality properties isn’t just about bricks and mortar, it requires an experienced and innovative team to create buildings that will stand the test of time.
Heaton Group properties use the finest materials and the latest technology to ensure they are sustainable, eco-friendly and long-lasting, keeping maintenance and upkeep to a minimum.
Our passion for sustainability has led to us developing our own systems for controlling utility bills, which reduces our carbon footprint and allows for highly attractive, all-bills-included tenancies.
Over more than 45 years, The Heaton Group has developed a strong network of connections within the industry and, as a result, we have unprecedented access when acquiring new property.
This means we are able to regularly acquire property at 20% to 30% below market value and ensure our property developments are best placed to deliver exceptional value to buyers.
Furthermore, our longstanding relationships with trusted contractors mean we’re able to deliver our developments in a third of the time of the average UK property developer.
High-quality housing should be available to everyone, which is why The Heaton Group has joined forces with local homeless charity, The Brick.
Through our partnership, we help to design and develop modern, sustainable properties in the Wigan area and provide a welcoming environment for those in need of a helping hand back into society.
Alongside being vibrant and homely, this accommodation is also safe and purpose-built to allow residents to be more independent and encourage further integration into the local community.
