Property Prices
Stretford property prices are consistently rising. Taking advantage of the overpopulation of the city centre, apartments can’t be built quick enough and as such it is causing investors and tenants to look outwards to suburbs of Manchester that are still within commutable distance.

Stretford Foodhall has recently opened in the area, attracting a wealth of tourism and offering exciting alternatives to high street dining. Stretford residents are lucky when it comes to green spaces. Despite its proximity to the motorway and main road routes, it is surrounded by gorgeous green spaces. Gorse Hill Park, Victoria Park, Moss Park and Longford Park are all close by, meaning playgrounds galore and somewhere to walk the dog. It also has Stretford Meadows, Turn Moss and, almost by extension, Chorlton Water Park.
