Johnsons Square was completed in just under nine months from work commencement to final completion. Complex structural works at the beginning of the build initially caused delays, but  time was made up in the summer months with the development eventually completing ahead of schedule. 

The investors at Johnsons Square now benefit from a five year assured lease, with an external provider snapping up the building for short term lets for NHS workers.
