Around 50% of properties in our management portfolio are owned by overseas landlords. Most of these landlords have bought an investment property through Heaton Group and have decided to work with HG Premier Lettings for the ongoing management.

Depending on the landlords desired level of involvement, we are also able to deal with many of the smaller maintenance requests without constantly checking in; we can offer a very “hands off” experience.
